LA-based streetwear store Union shook up the sneaker world in 2018 when they collaborated with Jordan on two iterations of the beloved Jordan 1 High. The first effort utilises the same build as the iconic “Black Toe” pair, whilst the second Union-exclusive pair opts for a white and blue leather base with a red and black ankle collar. Both efforts feature unique yellow stitching that appears to attach the ankle to the base of the shoe, accentuating the mash-up effect and adding to the unique aesthetic. Standard Jordan branding appears in the form of the wings logo on the ankle collar and a Union “UN/LA” tag hanging below.
